VENUE AND EXHIBITION LOCATION
The 2009 EEA-ESEM joint meeting will be held in Barcelona, hosted by the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics. The conference will take place in the two GSE campuses: Bellaterra (23-25 Aug.) and Ciutadella (26-27 Aug.).
The Publishers' Exhibition will take place at Bellaterra Campus during the three first days, in the ETSE (Escola Técnica Superior d´Enginyeria) building, close to the coffee breaks and the technical secretariat.
| At Bellaterra Campus the conference will take place in the following spaces: |
| • ETSE building and Sciences Faculty for Invited and Contributed sessions. |
| • Polideportivo (SAF) building for the Plenary Sessions |
| The Exhibit timetable at Bellaterra Campus will be: |
| • Sunday 23rd from 12.30 h to 18.30 h |
| • Monday 24th from 9.30 h to 18.30 h |
| • Tuesday 25th from 9.30 h to 18.30 h |
Exhibitors can enter the area 30 minutes before the opening time.

To register, please fill in the “Application for Exhibition Space” form and sign the “Exhibitors´Manual” and send them by fax +34 94 423 21 61 together with the bank transfer receipt.
The Program & Badge Form has to be e-mailed to exhibition.eea-esem09@barcelonagse.eu by the 15th June 2009.
The deadline for application is 15 June 2009. Please note that only less frequented places can be provided to late applicants. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
